Can I get a post please?

Does anyone know if you can get pre eclampsia at 9 weeks pregnant? I suffered with it with my first child and it got so bad he was delivered 4 weeks early. It developed and within 2 days I was having him. I’m 9 weeks and have been having some really serious problems which I’ve been advised to terminate. But my hands have started to swell and so have my feet. My blood pressure is high and I pass out. I’m seeing dots like I was with my first child. I’m due to have surgery next week to sadly remove my baby but just wondered if it was possible to have pre eclampsia this early.. thanks
