Just looking for advice as to what this is. Was told by doctor this afternoon it’s nappy rash but it’s currently spread to his side’s and bottom of his back so would like some advice before I go rushing him to a and e as my out of hours don’t deal with young children

Have you changed nappies? Could be an allergy to his nappies that is spreading. Or new washing powder?
My little boy come out in this today it spreaf like crazy. took him to doctors and they said it was a reaction to something give him Puriton and creams and its started to calm down all ready.
It looks more like an allergy 2 me put lots of cream on 2 prevent getting more sore n if it gets worse change brand of nappy if ur unable 2 do it tonight wrap a towel round him instead of nappy
Your out of hours dont deal with children 🤔🤔
