Can I get a ppp.
I need some advice in regards to the car my ex bought me when we were together. Now all of a sudden cause he got caught out as a liar a cheat and a thief he has decided that the car will be taken as child maintenance money! Now all of a sudden the car wasn’t a gift but a car for my to transport my daughter in. So when we were together and he thought he was an amazing father and boyfriend (which I have known for ages he isn’t but made all the excuses I could for his behaviour because I loved him so much) rose tinted glasses have since came off after all I have found out. Not only was the car not an issue at the start it only became an issue once I asked for all my property back which included his phone that he was borrowing until his contract was renewed this Feb coming. He bought me this car. I never asked for this car. I had a car but he literally brought me to the dealership and said surprise instead of me paying money to pass the mot he was buying me this instead. So I accepted and basically left my car to get worse in his driveway for 6 months. Can he take this car off me. He is saying either take it as child support or he will take it back and sell it. As if he hasn’t put me and my daughter through enough he has to get petty about things like this.
