Can I get a PPP. Im from Tassie Aussie and my gf and I of just over two years have split. I am bi and always have been, I also have a nearly 5 year old that I am fighting custody for. Atm I am lucky to see him 3 hours a fortnight cause my mother and u don’t see eye to eye, and ever since all the court shit started I have felt like my gf didn’t want to help me and just honestly expected me to be able to cope with all the stress on my own, long story short we have just broken up cause she went through my phone and read things that had nothing to do with her including commenting on messages going backwards and forwards between me and two other friends, but she also found messages between me and an old friend but I have never acted on these messages because I love her I just miss her support so it got a little randy, she has not once been to court in the whole 16 months this fight has been continuing, I have done it on my own including all affivdavits, lawyers, parenting courses, supervised visits etc what am I meant to do I love her and I do my best to give her everything she wants it just feels like she never really wanted me

Doesn’t matter if you acted on the messages or not. The messages shouldn’t of happened. Why should she support you if you were the one going behind her back?? Seems like you need to relise what you done was wrong and get over it.
Why you hiding messages from her? You don’t keep secrets in a relationship..if your in a relationship with someone you stick together with things not keep things separate saying “It’s nothing to do with her”
