Can I get a private post please, does anyone know if we would be entitled to any help? I was selfemployed up until couple days before I had my first baby (18 months ago) I then went back to work part time (self employed) but I’m now pregnant with my 2nd and I’m not going to be able to work with a new born and toddler, my partner works but his wages are a bit less then our out goings (not including food shopping nappies etc petrol for him to get to work) baby no2 was a complete surprise (had coil fitted) and I didn’t have an abortion because the only reason would have been because of money and personally that wasn’t a good enough reason, but fast forward to 38 weeks pregnant and not working we are get in trouble with rent and bills, with baby no1 we planned and had savings but we now have nothing. I’ve looked online and I’m sure I’ve entered everything right it’s saying we are not entitied to anything but regular child benefit £80 a month. Does anyone know if there’s anything we can do? Please no bashing
