Can i get a private post please, Not baby related but benefit & work related. Im not currently working and also 5 months pregnant ( will be going back to a weekend part time job after i have the baby ) i have 2 children from a previous relationship the thing is weve been taking it slow with this relationship of a year and a half and i was on contraception but were all over the moon and its time he moves in permanently instead of the weekends before the babys born, i get income support and carees allowance as i care for a close family member and child tax credits and my partner works full time earning £300 a week, its just a question to see if i will lose everything i get thats helping with me and my children temporarily untill i get back to work in a few months? I know my partner will contribute as he only pays his car tax, insurance, a loan for his tv and food for the week at his parents, the benefits i get cover everything gas, electric, food, nappies, childrens clothes & clubs, council tax and im also paying back a loan from when i was younger, were definetley going legit either way before he moves in permanent so just looking to see whos been in a similar situation and if everything gets stopped, ive tried to cut a long story short and give as much information in this message and as i said at the start the benefits are tempory untill after this baby as i know alot of people judge! tia
