Can i have a post please chick regarding the depo injection- so after 2 miscarriages this year I’ve put myself on the depo injection untill my diabetes is under control ect untill we are ready to try again.. Just wondering how people have been on it?? First time I’ve had it had it on the first day of my period now 8 days later I am still bleeding yesterday it was brown today red again is this normal? My periods are usually only ever 4 days max. Just wanting people’s opinions/views on how they’ve got on or not got on ect with it? 😊 x

Everyone is different off it I have friends that have been on it for years and never have periods, I know some that bled for a few weeks and then just had normal periods after that.. I had it and bled for 9 months sometimes light sometimes heavy the very rare day I’d not bleed, id give it 2-3 months of having it to see, if it doesn’t stop id go back docs… I was the same off the implant aswell I had to have that out just different things affect people in different ways xx
I’m on the depo. The first time I had it i pretty much bled on n off but second time I had it not one bleed. It’s also made me very spotty though and I never get spots now I’m like a teenager. It’s horrible 🙁 xx
