Can I have a post please? Has Anyone ever had like weird feelings in their belly after giving birth? It feels like a baby kicking 😯 .. I’m definitely not pregnant but I just keep feeling them it’s really weird! (I gave birth 5 months ago)

Yeah they’re called phantom kicks, I posted the same question in here about a year and a half ago and I still get them 😂 it’s because of your body going back to normal and because you’ve been so in tune with movements in your belly for so long you sense the smallest of things like gas passing through or digestion haha x
It’s everything contracting back after it’s all been shifted and stretched! Freaked me out so I asked the health visitor and it’s perfectly normal x
I get these still and I’m nearly 2 years pp! It must be just a muscle spasm but it really does feel like baby kicks!! I miss my bump xx
yes! my son is 5months old and for the last month ive felt kicking 😂xx
15 years later i still get tingles sometimes..🤣🤣🤣
I get it think it’s just ur insides moving abt 😂
