Can I have a post please? Have any of u been taken to court by ur ex for dule residency order. Iv not stopped him seeing the kids he has them 3 days a week and is not taking me to court for 50/50 access. He’s not got a job he’s not got anywhere to live he’s only doing this in hope the council will give him a place. Dv was involved which is why I left him any advice welcome thanks xx
