Can I have a post please. I have a cafcass worker coming on Thursday to do a section 7 report due to my sons father wanting contact through the court. I reported him for raping me and being coercive but as I had a lack of evidence the cps found him “not proven”. I’m a nervous wreck. The courts are completely falling for his victim act and I am petrified my son is going to be out at risk. What questions will the ask me? Will they want to check out his room etc? Thank you x
