can i have a post please.. I’m 36+2 pregnant is there anything I can do to help with hayfever? I tried ringing the doctor to ask and the receptionist told me to ring a pharmacist so I did and they told me to buy the nasal spray. is there anything else I can do to help with it? my eyes are so itchy all the time and won’t stop watering! it’s driving me mad I can’t even leave the house without having a sneezing fit. 🤧
