Can I have a post please.

My daughter is 2. The last day or 2 she’s had a sore throat and cough, today it’s been worst and tonight she’s got a slight temperature and her throat/cough sounds a lot worst. Her face and body are hot but her hands and feet are cold (not freezing but noticeably colder than rest of her body). She’s really tired but can only sleep 20 minuites max before she coughs and wakes up. Anyone got any advice to just help her get a nice sleep and soother her throat x
