Can I have a post please……

My son said he felt ill on Friday night (he’s 6 years old) he then vomited 2 times but then slept and was fine from midnight, woke Saturday morning and asked for breakfast offered him toast etc but he wanted coco pops, he ate them and was fine then he snuck crisp up to his room ate them, then for a few hours looked wishy washy, and said his tummy felt funny but not like he wants to be sick but it would go away Ina minute. When he passed wind it smelt off (like eggs sorry haha) we’ve had no runny bum tho. He ate his tea, played all day, drew pictures, played with his brother, played out in the garden. Went to bed fine, woke at 3am and vomited no food just liquid and just the once. Wat the hell is going on??? This happened last year he would be fine for a day or 2 then vomit then was fine for a day then vomit took around 8-9 days to completely stop. Anyone have any advice as to why or experienced it themselves thanks xxx
