Can I have a post please?

I’m 99% sure my partner want to end it with me, I love him and the kids more than life itself and I don’t know how I’ll cope without him. Of course I’ll have my babies to keep me going but it’s already killing me inside and it hasn’t even happened yet😭 I don’t even want to speak to him about it in case he does it there and then, plz can someone tell me how to prepare!! I’m scared I can’t be strong enough for the kids xxx
