Hi could I have a pp please

My son is under a specialist for his disability and I received his follow up letter from our last appointment today and I’m a bit worried about what his height and weight centiles mean. Me and his father are both under 5ft 6 so I never expected him to be really tall, he’s constantly on the go and eats everything in sight…is there anything I should be doing extra or is it just the fact his parents are both small and as he never stops moving that could be the reason for his weight or should I be worried…if so what else Can I do…no bashing please just help if something is wrong and ideas, Ive always been skinny too although his dad is overweight. Oh he’s 12 btw x Thankyou x
