Can i have a pp please about working tax

Sorry it long
So I’ve been with my oh 5 years moved in together and his son then 3 years ago we had our son but before he was born I moved out so I claimed working tax for our son and as we was not together clame on my own never asked his dad for nothing as I got our son money. Last year he’s other son moved out so this year we talked about move back in together and how bill would be split 4 months ago and I’ve found out a letter 3 months ago saying he stoped claming for his other son but now claming for our son so that’s us both claming for our son I moved in with him and stoped my clame for working tax as I don’t want to get in trouble but now we living together I can’t support our son as my wages are 400 a month and witch after my bills leaves me 100 for the month yet every time our son need food for skool i get told he skint or cloths he skint and no money for our son but yet has money for what ever he wants and gambling and now I’m getting told the only way he managed to clame for our son is saying I’m not in my son life witch is a lie and now getting told by other that he has all right over our son but yet don’t go to any appointments or Dr with him and now his dad has changed with me not talked to me in 2 weeks as I asked for £50 to get out son tops and trousers for skool and got told no cuz he skint yet he get our son money every Friday and then bet up to 100 every weekend I need help I can’t live like this if that’s what he like I’ve had enough but when it my pay day he diffent with me like nothing happend I don’t know what to do anymore thank you sorry it long
