Can i have a pp please?

Can anyone help me! I have a 9m old who id taken to the doctors today due to high temperature, happens he has an ear infection. He’s had doses of calpol & amoxicillin & hes temperature is still spiking, earlier it reached to 39.1 ( highest ) and 38.5 ( lowest ) he also has blood marks under the skin ( pic in comments )
Could anyone tell me what these are? ( hes now asleep next to me with close monitoring of temperature, i had been told by doc a&e isnt necessary ?
No bashing please, just looking 4 advice
