Can I have a PP please..

I had my baby 7 months ago. I had a vaginal birth and needed a lot of stitches due to an Episiotomy.

It still hurts a lot when me and my partner have sex 7 months on. Is this normal? Also (TMI) when I go to toilet for a poo 💩 it feels like I’m giving birth all over again.

Any advice would be really appreciated. TIA xx
