Child maintenance:-
My son is nearly 9 month old,me and his dad split when he was 6 month old…his dad hasn’t seen him/or provided anything whatsoever since
If I applied for child maintenance would what my ex partner has to pay out go against me..meaning will what he has to pay affect what I get from other benefits
