Can i have a pp please.
I Have 3 little Children The oldest is nearly 4.. I Have Constant Trouble off there dad and he been threatning me with court as i stopped him from seeing them… he was never there for them he wanted to live his life even rented his flat out to someone who was growing in it.. my daughter was born at 24weeks 16 weeks premature and he was pressing buttons on her lifesupport machine.. so i stopped him from going to the hospital… iv had ss because he had a knife kicking my door in.. he is a control freak. My kids do not know him at all. I just want him to leave us alone but it dont seem to be working.. does anybody know if legal aid is still about as i know he wont be able to afford court without it and has anyone been thru anything like this as he was mentally abusive. Thanks x
