Can I have a pp please

I have recently found I’m pregnant going by lmp I’m 6 weeks 6 days. I have been spotting on and off for the last 3 weeks and have a stabbing pain in my lower right side the bottom of my back is so sore too and achy thighs.. should I phone 111? Or early pregnancy unit? Will they do anything because I’m so early? Tia xx
