Can I have a private post please

My little little one is three yet she doesn’t have a conversation with you like other children can, she only occasionally says a few words here or there and mostly speaks in her own wee language. I’m waiting for a referral from the speech therapist and was wondering if anyone else had any problems with there child’s speech and had any advice. It didn’t really bother me but her nursery thinks there’s a problem and have had someone come look her over
