Can I have a pp please .
I will try and make it short . For the last 3 months I been getting mastitis every month in a row I haven’t breast feed for over 3 years as I had my daughter over 3 years ago . I been going in and out of hospital doing ultrasound and going to gp to get antibiotics for the passed 3 months to find out today I’m getting them from smoking cigarette. So I have decided after smoking for over 10 years to stop from tomorrow .. but does anyone have any good tips on how to stop and has anyone been in the same boat as me suffering from a breast infection called mastitis because of smoking ???
