can i have a pp please? I’m due to attend mediation with my ex partner in november and want to know if anyone done this under similar circumstances and what i should expect? My ex has never been in our childs life and she’s now 5, he didn’t want to be a part of her life and told me id be on my own. fast forward 5 years I’ve never claimed CSA from him or asked him anything we’ve just carried on our lives. He now wants to draw up a ‘contract’ with a mediator and have it sent to a judge for approval basically stating he has no parental responsibility or rights, residency is solely with me and that we agree to not ask for any financial contribution.
