Can I have a pp please..

I’ve got a 16 week old little girl and basically I’ve been having all the symptoms of being pregnant.. again.. I’ve been taking tests every other day for about a week now but nothing, the last 4 mornings I’ve been not sick but at the point where if I haven’t sat with a glass of water i think I’d of thrown up ( I suffered really bad with morning sickness for the first 15 weeks with my little girl ) I’ve just been to the toilet and found some spotting in my knickers and a little bit when I’ve wiped, so my question is can you get the spotting and nausea before the positive result? With my little one only being 16 weeks I feel like I should know but my minds a blank.. I only remember being so sick in pregnancy because it was that bad🙊 any suggestions/advice will be appreciated😘 TIA xx
