Can I have a pp please?

I have 2 children from a previous relationship and my partner has 1. He has his son every weekend at my house. I’m currently pregnant with our first child and he’s told his sons mum this weekend that he will have a brother/sister. She didn’t take it well and said he can no longer have contact with his son and to take her to court. She’s now text this morning saying he can see his son but only when she says it’s ok, at his mums house, nowhere near me and he’s never to meet our child together. Do we have a leg to stand on with this or do we have to do what she says? We don’t want to go down the legal route as we think it will get messy but surely my child has a right to know their brother? I don’t understand what her problem is when she didn’t have an issue before I was pregnant 😔
