can i have a ppp.

Basically iv split with my babys dad a few week ago. We have a 6m old daughter together. And each time he has her 3/4 times a week he threatens not to bring her back. I cant take no more worrying each time shes at her dads that im never gonna see her again. I need advise asap? Thank u
