Can I have a ppp

Does anyone else’s husband literally do nothing other than work eat and sleep??? I’m literally going out of my mind! He is the ‘bread winner’ I stay at home as too expensive for childcare etc but honestly my eldest is 6 and youngest is 18 months and he has never done 1 night feed got up with the kids maybe 2 times in the 6 years since having them??? Never takes them out on his own nothing literally just looks after himself?

Please tell me this isn’t the norm ?
