Can i have a ppp. Dont know what i feel!
I had to press charges agaisnt oh as he beat me up in front of my baby! He attacked me first he was really drunk reason why he did beat me was because i had enough of his lies! So i packed his belongings and left them outside! when he tried to get in i left him outside 3am he started crying i felt bad i let him in but he didnt sleep on sofa he followed me put his hands on my throat in front of my baby he was awake as oh was tryin to get in! He said this is my fault. Hes never been this agressive before. Called me benefit mum. I live off everyone else. He hopes i rot in hell i make him sick my roof is useless i dont do nothing. He was smashing the door be broke letter box as he was trying to get in and he was so animalistic there was blood all over it! (He said the cutts were from me but evidence show it was him trying to get into my property ) . He smashed my phone as i tried to call police! I managed to sneak off and call them they came within 5 mins im so glad they did as i thought i was going to die! Every time i was trying to get away he would kick me! Or push me! I snuck off and called police. He was crying in the hall way and even after everything he done i wiped his tears! Felt bad again but police knocked on door i opened it and im so glad i did! He never acknowledged my son throughout it all! I kept saying stop!!!!! Look! He can see!!! It was only until i opened the door to police he picked him up like my baby was a form of protection.
I pressed charges hes been charged for beating and criminal damage! ( his first offence) He tried to tell the police i attacked him! Hes lied again and again. I admit im not am angel and i did try to fight back! Slapped him!! Punched him in self defence but he got the better of me big time 🙁 u dont do that to someone youre meant to love! He also said How he didnt bite me or strangle me ( police took pictures of everything on the day they came they have evidence i had injuries ) he has court soon to plead guilty or not he isnt going to plead guilty.
Now my son is very close to him my eldest hes always asking about him. We have 2 kids together. Im hearing that hes gonna get 5 years in prision by his family i dont want that as it will break my eldests heart !! He adores him!! Would i be mad if i was to drop the charges? 😔 ive put on the court order just for an injunction and he can see the kids through a 3rd party as hes amazing dad just not to come near me ! Ive been wanting to get out of the relationship for a long time as he lies all the time smallest things! But when weve parted before 2 months later he puts on tears or makes me feel like we can work so i fall for it. Thats why ive asked for injunction as never want to see him again and i am scared! enough was enough 🙁 no bashing plz! Feel really shaken!.
