Can I have a ppp.

Has anyone ever felt soo lonely that when their little one goes to bed you literally just sit and cry most evenings 😔 I have a little boy, He’s nearly 18 months and he’s my whole universe 💚 we live in a little 1 bedroom flat just me and him. Some days its good but other days i hate being here. I hate feeling so alone and iscolated but then I like being away from people and just having the company of myself and my little boy as it’s all I want. I am with his daddy but we don’t live together due to his work commitments. We go to stay at his a few nights a week and it’s great when I’m there. I only have literally 3 friends 😔 my bestfriend lives about an hour and a half public transport away from me and with my little boy it’s hard to see her as often as I used to when she lived close and she has a child at school herself. Some days I find harder than others but I know I have to be okay for my boy. I don’t know if I’m depressed? I Don’t really have anyone I can talk to? My friend said to me about going to see a doctor but I’m scared. I don’t really know what I want from this post just feel I had to get part of my emotions off my chest. Sorry for the long post xx
