Can I have a ppp?

I had my little boy 4 months ago and I have a 9 year old too. With my son I’m absolutely terrified of him not waking up. I can’t sleep properly unless I or someone else is watching him. I’m so scared of losing him that the fear is paralysing. If his dad is watching him so I can sleep, I’m constantly texting him asking him to check him.
I think I’m maybe suffering from pnd but not where I feel detached from him because I’m the complete opposite.
I was similar with my daughter but I was detached from her without a doubt but I never sought help.
I don’t know what’s wrong with me, I wish I knew he was going to be ok but my mind runs away with me and I start thinking of how I’d cope and my family would cope if he wasn’t here.
I’ve tried talking to my family but no one understands really.
I must sound crazy but I don’t know what to do anymore. X
