I have an app on my phone where I track my periods, the past few days I have been in ”my fertile window’ I reached the highest a couple of days ago and now coming down slowly. Has anyone ever experienced period type cramps and really sharp stabbing pains when there in there fertile window? Never had it before, thanks 😊
