Can i have a ppp? –

I have recently found out that im pregnant, however, believe im losing the baby. I had minimal amount of blood when wiping after having a wee on each occasion yesterday. Today, when i had my first wee, the toilet was full of blood. Each time i pass urine now, there is blood when i wipe. Despite this, im not bleeding much without passing urine, just spotting really. Im just wondering if anyone else has had this and what was the outcome? I have a scan in the morning but am sat here worrying and breaking my heart. Im sorry for tmi and posting about a touchy subject x
