Just wondering if anyone would be able to help me.. I have broken my leg and I’m supposed to be back at work tomorrow, however I don’t have any sick pay left. I’m on my own with a little girl. Does anyone know if I can do anything or I am entitled to anything while I’m off? I’m in so much pain so can’t go to work right now but I also don’t want to have no money. Thanks in advance xx

Can you please add.. its company sick pay, I wasn’t aware that you could get government if you hadn’t got any left from work? The hospital has given me a sick note yes. I currently get CT, WT & HB.. work 16 hours xx
Is the sick pay with your place of work or the government?! If it’s with your place of work maybe it’s worth applying for the government sick pay, call your local job centre for advice x
You should be entitled to ssp through the job centre, your employer should have told you this if they knew you’d be off longer than they pay you for.
Are u not able to get a sick note off the dr
