Can i have a ppp, i have two daughters 7 and 4 and theyve become an absolute nightmare at bed time resulting me having to sit with them until they go to sleep otherwise they would argue or talk to another all night (they share a room) ive tried sending the little one up first and she gets up constantly but will eventually go to sleep then when i send the older one up she throws things screams and blatantly refuses to go to sleep unless im sat with her.. its exhausting.. was wondering if anyone had any tips on bedtime ive tried the whole routine bath story quiet time and that all runs smoothly until its time for me to go downstairs… thank you in advance from one exhausted mother 😂😴
