Could I have a private post please

Don’t know if anyone can help, I’m 36 weeks tomorrow and for the past couple of days my bump has been getting extremely hard/tight, yesterday and today I have been woken up to pain in my stomach almost like a stitch but 10x worse, the pain comes and goes and it goes all round the bottom of my bump and then down towards my vagina(sorry tmi) my midwife has gone off sick so I can’t message her, don’t really think triage will be the one to contact but I just don’t know😟 ftm also and have been diagnosed with spd so could it just be that? Sorry for the long post
