I need some ideas, tips anything!

I’ve got 3 kids aged 6,4 and 2 the eldest are both girls and youngest a boy..

So basically there not listening to anything i say at all, when It comes to bedtime its a complete nightmare! Constantly messing about, fighting trashing there rooms the lot.

I wouldn’t mind but they go school threw the day, do loads after school together they go to bed between 6.30-7.30 am a single mum and im literally getting to point where i feel like crying I’ve tried everything, take the toys, tablets, TV laying in bed with them and its just a constant routine of the same thing..

I don’t know what to do, i cant even speak their dad for help or anything because we don’t speak and he only has them Friday nights till Saturday tea time and there good as anything for him and his mum..

Has anyone please got any ideas? Am trying my best but i feel like am failing xx
