Can I have a ppp. I recently write in about feeling sick when I know I’m going out. I finally contacted my doctor. I’ve felt like this since my boy was 1 month old. He’s now 5 months old. I didn’t want to tell anyone how I felt as I thought the feeling would pass. I finally broke down and told my partner how I felt. So I went to the doctors on Monday and they said I had severe anxiety and postnatal depression and prescribed me medication. I want to hear from other mums who have had this. I’ve never suffered with mental health before and I’m scared this is going to affect my life forever and I’m never going to feel like me again. Thank you

Don’t be scared I had this after my son he is now 11 after a couple of weeks taking medication I felt back to my old self 😘xxxx
