Can i have a ppp, I’ve just took my nail polish off my toes to re paint and I’ve noticed this collection of “black dots” does anyone know what it could be/experienced this? Ive tried google but not finding much and I’m going to make a doctors appointment Monday just wondering if anyone had any advice as I’m worrying a bit now. Thank you picture attached
