Can I have a ppp?

Looking for some advice? I have got a 5 month old girl, and me and her dad aren’t together anymore due to many problems that I don’t see improving e.g drugs, gambling etc. We aren’t getting on atall just now, I feel he’s making no effort for our little girl atall. I can’t even rely on him to buy a tub of milk for her! I am really struggling with money and he makes such a good wage. We can’t be around each other without arguing but I don’t trust him having her alone! He keeps telling me am using her as a weapon which am not I just care for her safety! I keep getting abusive texts day in day out about him not getting to see his daughter but he really doesn’t make the effort! I don’t want to have to see him everyday so he can see his daughter? As it’s not fair on her as we always end up in an argument! Basically what am trying to say is am stuck! I don’t know what to do! It’s really getting me down every day.
