Can I have a ppp? My son has a really bad nappy rash so have been using metanium yellow tube but his bum has now turned orange? He hasn’t had no red or Orange foods he’s also got a crusty white on his bum so I’m thinking thrush? Is this normal? I really don’t know how his bum is Orange it’s almost like someone has faked tanned his bum!
