My sons 4 and the past week he’s been up every night coughing it gets so bad he can’t stop and I need to get him a drink and he’s about to be sick went to the docs last week and was told it’s fine I’ve booked another one today because he still hasn’t had a full night sleep and now he’s got a blood coming out his nose with boogies quiet a lot ..

I’ve tried everything anyone know what could be up he literally starts coughing at about 10-11 all night and wakes up totally fine and doesn’t cough during the day ?
