Can i have a ppp or post to chat private please … im feeling a bit down atm im on 20mg fluxotine have been for years but the past few weeks i feel like they are not working i keep having anxiety attacks i snap at everything especially my kids 😞 im moody feel worthless i get so angry and annoyed at anything just a simple noise can wind me up like the sound of the dog walking around or my kid eating crisps or my partner coughing ect stupid things!! I hate myself my body my face my hair and i used to always be confident in myself i keep telling myself i have a good life amazings kids and partner so i should feel good and be happy but i just cant shift this annoyed uptight anxious feeling away i suppose il have to go bk to docs but i dont get why my pills have just stopped working dont really know what im looking for on this post just advice or something lol tia xxx
