Could I have a pp please?
My ex has been looking after our 9 year old son on a temporary basis as my landlord sold my house and I didn’t have anywhere to live and had just had a prem baby because of the stress. He has had him for 10 months and my situation is now sorted but he is refusing to give him back. My son said he wants to be with me during the week as he likes his weekends with his dad. Even asked me to talk to him because he was too scared to tell his dad how he felt.
During the week he doesn’t see his dad till 7:30 as he is at work and his Nan gets him from school. (I had to move to another town).
I am at home with baby so it makes more sense he is with me during the week and he does clubs at the weekend with his dad.
I did not hand over my parental rights to him.
He shares a bedroom with his dad but has his own room at my house.
He is trying to go to court about it but I can’t afford the solicitors fees (his mum is paying his).
He puts his mum seeing him before me even though she gets to see him all the time!
I should also mention he was verbally, mentally and emotionally abusive. Not just to me but to my older children who now hate him because of what he did to them.
Sorry for the long post but what can I do??
