Can I have a ppp please

Looking for some advice please.
What age would you put your son to there dads for a sleep over?
I’ll cut the story shortish.
So basically my son is 3 months old. His dad and I weren’t ever together and after finding out I was pregnant, things didn’t progress with us. Stayed in contact every so often he asked how me and ‘bump’ was. When my son arrived I done a DNA test to prove that he was his. He first met him at 2 and a half weeks old. The distance is an issue as on a good day he’s an hour and a half away. Winter where he is its wild majority of the time. Like not even drivable. Now my son has been having issues with his stomach and is waiting for a consultant appointment and is on medication but isn’t doing much so I don’t want to be too far away from him. He keeps asking about sleepovers- which I’ve said no just now because of all this and he keeps braking his promises. I give him all the opportunities in the world too see his son I said he could have the sofa I’ll go out to my mams till whatever time and if he needs me in 5 mins away. I bend over backwards to make this work- my dad was never there and I want him to be for him. He never takes the opportunities I hand to him on a plate. We are civil. We can sit and chat have a laugh etc but then he just becomes strange Sorry for rambling on. I’m sure you get what I’m getting at.
I said after Christmas we can sit down and talk about it properly and I’ll help him get stuff he needs for our son at his house, but he needs the damp gone defiantly as the issues our son has had in the past with his chest.
