Can I have a PPP, possible trigger warning (graphic picture in the comments)

I had my daughter just over 14 months ago and since my periods have been different (as expected). Every period since having my daughter I have been bleeding some decent sized clots that are there every time on my tampon, pad or when I wipe. Should I be concerned? They can be anything up to the size of a 50p. I had a natural birth with no complications if that matters. I have a doctors appointment on thursday for an unrelated matter but I think I’m going to bring it up anyway.
