Can I have a ppp

So I have a 10 month old son who hasn’t been very well in over 10 weeks, numerous hospital and doctor visits, and I feel am getting fobbed off every time, he has a very fast heart rate witch results in him catching his breath constantly, he’s forever off his food and fluids witch has resulted in dehydration, since also he has had a cold chest infection tonsillitis chicken pox uti respotory infection croup ect, he’s been on steroids for 10 weeks, but still no change, he’s suffering so bad with breathing normally and eating ect, I know there’s something more wrong with him but doctors won’t do tests, anyone else been in this situation and know what could be causing it, in the 10+ weeks he’s had constant breathing difficulties off food and fluids rashes cold hands and feet high temps vomiting among other things in and off, thanks
