Can I have a ppp sorry for long post in advance… Me and my ex children’s dad have shared/joint custody since the last hearing he has changed the court order to suit himself several times latest is because he now has work and ‘cant’ have them until the weekend don’t get me wrong I love any extra time I have with my children but it is getting a joke now and really don’t no what to do I am not strong enough to put my foot down and say no but both myself and partner work as it is so have to organise childcare for when they are here.. he disagreed to the original set up I wanted do Monday to Friday with me everyother weekend with him then sometime during the week with him for tea but he didn’t like the idea so didn’t agree court order also states that during summer holidays it will be Sunday to Sunday this has now changed by himself to wed to we’d also first week was ment to be mine he changed this aswell so out of 2 weeks he had them a couple of days extra day because I was in hospital supposed to be his week yet I have them again like I said I do not mind having my children I would have them 24/7 if it was Upto me just stuck what to do any advise would be greatly appreciated
