Can i have a ppp. What is the deal with taking your child out of the country if the father is on bc? Nothing dodgy going on….literally a holiday with my child. But I’m doubfull his father would write a letter as he’s still bitter about the split. He wouldnt sign anything out of spite. Can I still go?

You can take your child out of the country for 3 weeks without his permission.. any longer without his consent would be classed as kidnapping x
I’ve just been with my son and only took his birth certificate to show I’m his momma, they only asked me his date of birth and wasn’t fussed about anything else x
If your child has a different surname to you, take their full birth certificate and you will be ok. Especially if you can show you have a return ticket
