Can I have a ppp?
I have a child to a man who when that child was 3 weeks old he lost his temper and badly hurt my baby. So my child will never see his dad again obviously. So when I found a new partner I said I don’t want you to think I’m with you so you can be his dad just be a step dad and a male figure. When I introduced them to each other my new partner and him really hit it off they were great together and as next 3 years went on although my child never called him dad my partner would refer to himself as dad and tell him he will always be there and we spoke about adoption loads of times and my child taking his name. We went on to have a child together. So we split up literally last week and there’s been countless bickering over money and when hes seeing them, So I had enough of being controlled by it and said okay everything is on your terms you pay what you want and you see them when you want. Well because there was nothing left to argue with me about he’s said he’s dropping my eldest child as he’s not his. The poor kid will face a second rejection and it’s broken me, He’s not just lost his “dad” but he’s lost nanny and grandad , aunties etc etc all his side of the family. I suppose what I’m asking is what would you do? I don’t think I can stand here and let my baby be picked up by him while my eldest is begging to go and confused I just don’t think I can put him through that
